Execution & management of solution

Upon adoption of the processes for go-to-market setup, and executing the strategy, a corporate and market sustainment initiative will begin. 

PHASE 1: Assessment Process

By documenting and analyzing the current state we are better able to understand the operational support and market feasibility to move forward into a broad reaching strategy. Reviewing the organizational current state and gaps will allow a roadmap to be developed to support the financial and reach vision of the operation. Everything uncovered during the assessment phased, will be provided in a Prioritization Graphic, the Go-Forward Business Case, and an overall Implementation project schedule.

Analysis

During the Analysis Stage, we complete interviews with key Stakeholders and team members and review the solution model, current corporate structure, and perform an analysis to understand if the solution is quantifiably viable for market penetration. Once completed, we develop a draft findings document  to be reviewed with your team based on the BOLD Maturity Model.  The Analysis Findings will document the current state of your corporation and market feasibility.

Vision

During the Visioning Phase, we facilitate Visioning Sessions with key Stakeholders. Based on the agreed upon Vision (Future State), we identify “Gaps” by comparing the Current State with the Future State.  That Gap Analysis will be used to help identify initiatives to move the organization towards the defined future Vision.

Roadmap

The Roadmap Phase will include specific transforming steps to bring the solution to market. This Roadmap will contain a holistic plan to address the development needed to create a corporate model to support the solution, solution recommendations due to the market feasibility study, and a go-to-market strategy. Roadmap includes a detailed approach, estimated budget and supporting schedule for the subsequent Implementation.
